How to allocate
- Step 1 — Confirm who is working Check the roster before anything else. Off days and last-minute swaps change every decision that follows.
- Step 2 — Start with the biggest account Work down from the highest-traffic model. The top few pages carry most of the shift’s revenue, so they decide the sheet.
- Step 3 — Decide on R9 or R15 These are the most reliable windows. Give the account to the highest revenue per shift — provided both candidates have handled comparable traffic.
- Step 4 — On chance days, use the longest window available Where a handler has little history, R6 or R3 is the right read. If only R1 exists, that is acceptable — but split Blue and Green, so a single shift never decides a whole account.
- Step 5 — Confirm full coverage Every model allocated exactly once. Nothing missed, nothing doubled up.
Tip 1 — Close call? Split the page. When two handlers are evenly matched, split Blue and Green instead of picking one. When there is a clear winner, give them the full account.
Tip 2 — Test trainees deliberately. Keep testing a new chatter until their level is clear. Management decides how each trainee is tested.
Formula
REVENUE / SHIFT — decides who handles the model. This is the primary measure for every allocation decision.
FANS / SHIFT — shows whether the comparison is fair. Two handlers are only comparable when they have worked similar traffic.
$ PER FAN — a reference read only. It shows how efficiently traffic was converted. It never decides an allocation.
Evidence
UNTESTED · under 6 shifts Off-days only, never a handover.
